Meet The team
In 2005, James was a 39 year old smoker. He had been very fit when he was younger but had let his fitness slip a bit. (Actually a 15-year slide). As a new year’s resolution James decided to quit smoking. He did this by reading Allen Carr’s The Easy Way To Stop Smoking and by entering the London Triathlon as a focal point to keep on track.
Fitness is now a significant part of James’ life, progressing from a hobby to a career. He believes anyone can start working towards a healthier lifestyle. Regardless of age or current ability . . .
Ali is the organisation behind Fit to Last, developing and maintaining our systems and processes and is at the forefront of the way Fit to Last will operate as the business moves forward.
Ali is also the first port of call for any membership questions and queries and is also on hand to make sure you get the best possible experience as a member of Fit to Last.
In her spare time, Ali loves the Fit to Last boxing classes and is learning to play the guitar.
