Our process starts with clinical and subjective measurements of your current level of stress resilience
We measure your current resilience by examining;
• Heart rate variability using First Beat Technology
• Cortisol levels using Genova Diagnostics testing protocols
We assess your current, physical symptoms of stress using the Cohen-Hoberman Inventory Of Physical Symptoms questionnaire.
A road map to improved resilience
We apply the data from your clinical tests and questionnaire to create a customised plan.
Your plan is a series of personalised interventions to guide you to improved resilience, mental performance, physical health and wellbeing. Your progress is also monitored through this clinical and subjective process every twelve weeks.
